dishonest update

This was free and suddenly an update comes... i accepted it... i didnt noticed until today the update was not free... thats cheating guys... people can sue you for that... thank god i had no money in my itunes account... i dont want to give money to cheaters or should i say robbers?... so i got the update for free (idk how it was able to update though) but many people didnt... i dont recommend something from this developer...
